E-Filing & Office Automation System (e-FOAS) is a platform designed by Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), which provides an opportunity for all Government Departments to execute routine office operations electronically from office premises as well as from remote locations. As it enables officers/officials to be creative in delivering essential works online, its importance has increased many folds during the current situation due to COVID19 Pandemic.
With the visionary and dynamic leadership of *Worthy Secretary, Forestry Wildlife and Fisheries Department, Government of the Punjab*, detailed training sessions of E-Filling & Office Automation System (e-FOAS) was conducted successfully on 09-July-2020 for All Section Officers and Support Staff under The Chairmanship of *Deputy Secretary Planning*, Forestry Wildlife and Fisheries Department to achieve the *Level-3 i.e. Automation of Receipt & Issuance Branch, Departmental Workflow Automation, Automation of Meeting Scheduler, Utilization of Electronic Record Room, Digital Archival of Files and Partial e-File / e-Noting Marking.*
e-FOAS Project Team (Ali Faizan Khan | Senior Program Manager, Muhammad Amin | Program Officer and Arsal | Program Officer) visits regularly for the purpose of technical assistance and on-going user support/training for the smooth and successful implementation of
e-FOAS at Forestry Wildlife and Fisheries Department.
